For Long Stay bookings
One Month (30 Nights) Bookings – 10% off from per day rate
Two Months (60 Nights) Booking – 15% off from per day rate
Three months (90 Nights) Booking – 20% off from per day rate
Supplements :
Perahara Supplement -20 USD per room per day
Child Policy :
Children below 6 years – Free of Charge
Children 7 – 12 years – sharing parents room stay free and meals will be at a discount of 50%
Child Extra Bed – US$ 10
Drivers/Guides Policy :
* Driver accommodation and the meals will be given free of charge.
* National Guide accommodation & meals - Rs. 5000/= per day.
Terms & Conditions :
1. All rates quoted in USD are Nett and non-commissionable.
2. Hotel check in & Check out policy – Check in time is 2.00p.m & check out time would
be 10.00a.m. – Early check- ins & late check -outs would be subject to availability and
at an extra charge.
Cancellation Policy
• If more than 7 days prior to arrival – No cancellation charges
• If less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100% will be charged on basis booked.
